Built for Commercial Demands
Commercial concrete takes more punishment than residential — delivery trucks, heavy equipment, daily foot traffic, and the constant thermal expansion that comes with Houston's temperature swings. Our commercial work is specified for 4,000 PSI minimum with 6" depth on vehicle areas and proper reinforcement throughout.
We work with HOAs, property managers, business owners, and general contractors. We provide detailed project specs, timeline estimates, and can work in phases to minimize disruption to your operation.
Services
Commercial Applications
Upload: Small parking lot concrete
Parking Lots & Driveways
Small to mid-size parking lots, access drives, and commercial driveways. Minimum 6" thick with rebar grid for vehicle loads. Proper sub-base compaction, drainage design, and broom finish for traction. ADA-compliant accessible stall construction available.
Upload: Commercial sidewalk concrete
Sidewalks & Walkways
ADA-compliant sidewalks, connecting walkways between buildings, entry plazas, and pedestrian paths through commercial properties. Proper cross-slope for drainage, detectable warning surfaces at curb cuts, and control joint spacing for long-term crack management.
Upload: Retention wall concrete Houston
Retention Walls
Reinforced concrete retention walls for grade changes, drainage management, and property line separation. Designed to handle Houston's lateral soil pressure and hydrostatic pressure from rainfall. Properly drained with weep holes and drainage aggregate behind the wall.
Upload: Loading zone concrete pad
Loading Zones & Equipment Pads
Loading dock aprons, dumpster enclosures, generator pads, HVAC equipment bases, and transformer pads. Specified for the actual load they'll carry — not just poured to a standard depth. Isolated joints prevent vibration transmission to adjacent slabs.

HOA & Sports Facilities
Multi-court complexes, pool surrounds, amenity area paving, and recreation center approaches. We understand HOA project timelines and can work in phases. We also handle the court surface on top — concrete sub-slab plus color coating and lines in one contract.
Upload: Concrete curbing and edging
Curbing & Edging
Concrete curbing for parking lot perimeters, landscape bed edging, and traffic management barriers. Extruded or formed curbing depending on application. Properly pinned to prevent movement from vehicle impact and root pressure over time.
Specifications
Commercial Standards
All commercial work is specified to load requirements, not just default residential specs. Here is what we bring to every commercial project:
4,000–5,000 PSI Concrete
Commercial mix design for heavier loads and higher traffic than standard residential
6" Minimum on Vehicle Areas
Properly thick slabs that won't punch-fail under truck loads or heavy equipment
Engineered Sub-Base
12" compacted crushed stone base with geotextile fabric where soft spots are found
Rebar Schedule
#4 or #5 rebar at 12"–18" spacing depending on load classification
Expansion & Control Joints
Placed at correct intervals and properly sealed to prevent water infiltration
ADA Compliance
Slope, texture, and transition details per ADA requirements where applicable

Process
How a Commercial Project Works
Site Walk & Scope
We walk the site with you, document existing conditions, identify drainage issues, and define the project scope and phasing if needed.
Written Proposal
Detailed written proposal with dimensions, specifications, materials, timeline, and pricing. No verbal estimates — everything in writing.
Scheduling & Prep
We coordinate access, utility locates, and any demo of existing concrete before the pour date.
Sub-Base & Forming
Excavation, sub-base compaction, and form setting. This phase determines the quality of the finished slab more than anything else.
Pour, Finish & Joint
Concrete poured, finished to spec, control joints cut or tooled, and edges finished cleanly.
Cure & Final Walk
7-day cure process, final inspection with you, and documentation of the completed work for your records.
